How do I update user access/ permissions?
If you are an administrator using synthetix.cloud, you can update user permissions by:
- Visiting Admin
- Choosing User Management Skills
- Configuring skills per agent as required
To update user permissions as an administrator using synthetix.info:
- Navigate to Control Panel
- Choose Settings and then User Management
- Select a user and click on the pencil icon to edit
- Once in edit, Permission Group can be configured
