How do I update user access/ permissions?

If you are an administrator using, you can update user permissions by:

  1. Visiting Admin
  2. Choosing User Management Skills
  3. Configuring skills per agent as required

To update user permissions as an administrator using

  1. Navigate to Control Panel
  2. Choose Settings and then User Management
  3. Select a user and click on the pencil icon to edit
  4. Once in edit, Permission Group can be configured
