There's a message saying I have FAQs awaiting approval. What does this mean?
This indicates that one or more of your Editor users have introduced new FAQs or made changes to your knowledge base. These modifications do not get automatically approved but are instead placed in an approval queue, waiting for a user with publishing privileges to grant approval before they can go live.
To review these pending amendments, you can click on the 'Open Approval List' button. For new FAQs and edited FAQs, you will find options to either approve the changes, make further edits, or reject the amendments. In the case of deleted FAQs, you can choose to approve the deletion by clicking the 'delete' button or cancel it by selecting the 'cancel' button.
