How can I view previous versions of an article?
To access prior versions of an article, simply click on the 'Review Version History' button.
This will take you to the revision history page, which provides a comprehensive list of all modifications made to articles in the knowledge base.
For easier searching of specific changes, you can utilise the scope and action selectors:
Scope: This allows you to narrow down the list of changes based on a time range, like today, 3 months, or 12 months.
Action: This enables you to filter the list by the type of action taken, including ADD, EDIT, or DELETE.
Within this list, you'll find important information about each change, including the date and time of the modification, the user who made the change, and the specific action taken.
The table will display the article's content both before and after the change in two columns:
ORIGINAL QA: This column presents the content of the article before the modification.
Revision: This column reveals the content of the article after the change.
