I have added an FAQ to the wrong category. Can I move it?

We do not permit the alteration of an FAQ's category once it has been added. This restriction is in place to ensure the accurate reconciliation of historical data, such as the number of clicks on an FAQ linked to specific categories, with the current state of the knowledge base.

Handling changes to categories without any modifications to the question's text or label can be a complex task. Consequently, the only available option in such cases is to delete the existing FAQ entirely and subsequently re-add it to the correct category.
