How to Update Your Application's IP Whitelist in Synthetix Cloud

Updating the IP whitelist for your applications in Synthetix Cloud is straightforward. First, log in to your company’s Synthetix Cloud account by visiting https://synthetix.cloud/. Once logged in, navigate to the Admin section of the platform, then go to Web Applications, as shown in the screenshot below.



Select the application for which you want to update the IP whitelist, and click Update, as demonstrated in the following image.



The updated IP whitelist will be applied immediately unless you are using the API Sandbox environment, where it may take up to 24 hours for the whitelist changes to take effect.
