What shall I do if a search term is not successfully returning an article?

If you find that search terms are not returning articles, please check your list of stop words - taking into consideration any synonyms that could conflict with the search terms.

you can check stop words by:

  1. Navigate to Editor
  2. Choose Advanced Admin 
  3. Select Edit Stopwords
