Can I configure poke and poke prompt times?

To configure poke time until prompt and poke countdown time:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel
  2. Choose Developers and then API Manager
  3. Click on the applicable Contact Cloud application
  4. Choose live chat options
  5. Change the poke timings as required
