The system is allowing more chats than my maximum capacity. What shall I do?

If you are receiving more chats than you have been assigned, please ask a supervisor to check the quantity:

1. Navigate to Control Panel
2. Choose Settings and then User Management
3. Click on the profile to review the number of Simultaneous chats assigned
4. This can be edited using the pencil icon

If the problem persists, please contact Synthetix support.
