What Error 170 Means
The No Access to This Resource (170) error occurs when your account does not have the required permissions to perform a certain action or access a specific area of the product.
This usually happens if your user account is not assigned to the correct permission group that allows the action you are trying to complete or the area you are trying to open.
How to Resolve Error 170
You cannot resolve this directly yourself — you will need to contact your system administrator.
The administrator can resolve this by one of the following options:
- Assigning your account to a different permission group that has the required access.
- Updating the permissions of your current group to include the required access.
- Creating a new permission group with the correct permissions and assigning you to it.
